Shipping Policy
Orders are processed during regular business hours which are Monday-Friday,
9am - 5pm, CST and orders are shipped within 72 hours after the order is processed.
An email confirmation will be sent to notify you that your order was received
and is being processed.
Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please include a street address for
all orders.
Products may be shipped via UPS Ground at a standard rate of $7.00 per order.
Orders usually ship between 48-72 hours. (Periods of high volume, such as
the holiday season, may require an additional 3-4 days for the order to ship.)
Delivery could take between 2-10 days after the product is shipped.
Rush deliveries are certainly possible. Please contact us at support@DefendYourselfEquipment.com and
we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Additional charges may
apply for rush delivery.
Special shipping charges can depend upon the product’s size, weight,
distance and other factors. The product pricing structure will indicate if
special shipping charges apply.
SALES TAX: Orders shipped to Minnesota will be charged 6.5% Minnesota Sales
Tax.
PAYMENT:
Your order will be shipped after full payment is received. If we encounter
a problem with your payment, we will notify you via email and request your
response. If we do not hear from you by email within 48 hours, we will cancel
your order.
Checks are an acceptable form of payment. Shipping, however, may be delayed
depending upon the time it takes to process the payment in order to determine
that sufficient funds are available.
REFUNDS:
After prior approval and authorization, refunds will be made as follows:
- Credit Card payment: refund will be credited back to your credit card minus
any shipping, handling or freight charges.
- Check or Money Order payment: DefendYourselfEquipment.com
will provide a money order for the refund amount minus any shipping, handling
or freight charges.
RESTOCKING FEE:
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned, unless the item
is being exchanged.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are possible and require prior approval and authorization from DefendYourselfEquipment.com
and must be for an item of equal or lesser value. Additional shipping charges
may apply.
CANCELLATION:
Since we attempt to ship within 72 hours, cancellation of an order must be
received by us via an email from you within 72 hours of the order being placed.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Your personal or credit card information will never be shared with anyone

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product you receive, please
contact us immediately at support@DefendYourselfEquipment.com
and request a return authorization. You must notify us in writing within 3
days of receipt of the item. No returns will be accepted without prior approval
and authorization from DefendYourselfEquipment.com. An Authorized Return Form
will be sent to you to be included with the returned product. All returns will
be accepted for return within the first 30 days of being shipped and only with
prior approval and authorization from DefendYourselfEquipment.com.
IF A PRODUCT IS SHIPPED BY FREIGHT:
Please inspect all freight deliveries thoroughly prior to signing for or accepting
the delivery. If a product is damaged during shipping and you sign for it without
noting the damages on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt, DefendYourselfEquipment.com
will not be able to authorize a return, refund or replace the item.
Please notify DefendYourselfEquipment.com at support@DefendYourselfEquipment.com to
report any damage. It is very important to do this immediately so that the
process to resolve the claim can begin as soon as possible.
All freight orders must be inspected, no matter how large or small the order.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
Returns must include all original contents including the item, manuals, instructions,
parts, etc.; be in the original packaging; be in new condition (never used);
include the original invoice or delivery receipt and include the Authorized
Return Form.
Please consider the following guidelines when deciding to return a product:
- Closeout items cannot be returned
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
- A used product, even if for only one time, cannot be returned.
- Opened DVDs, Copag or KEM cards cannot be returned. (They cannot be resold
after being opened.)
- Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for a similar product of equal
or lesser value.
- If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 20% restocking fee will
be charged.
A return generally takes about 2 weeks to process. If you feel that a return
is taking longer than it should, please contact us a support@DefendYourselfEquipment.com so
that we may assist you promptly,

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact us immediately, within 3 days of receipt of the product, at
support@DefendYourselfEquipment.com to
report damaged merchandise. Defective merchandise can be exchanged only for
a similar product of equal
or lesser value. Refer to our compete Returns policy
for more details. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 20%
restocking fee will be charged.
Backorders/Out of Stock/ Discontinued Items
You will be notified by email if the item you ordered is on back order, out
of stock or discontinued. You can then let us know via email if you would
like to:
- Cancel the order
- Select a different item
- Wait for the item to be restocked
